19-8-2 Information release to govern-
ment attorneys. Confidential portions of the for-
mal record in any proceeding, or any other infor-
mation relative thereto, may by resolution of the
commission specifically authorizing such release
upon a finding such information is material to a
matter pending before the attorney general or a
county or district attorney, be released to said gov-
ernment attorneys. Application by such govern-
ment attorneys to the commission for information
release shall provide such information to the com-
mission as is necessary for the commission to
