19-5-5 Respondent's review of evi-
dence. After a verified complaint has been filed
with the commission, the respondent shall be en-
titled to examine and make copies of all evidence
in the possession of the commission relating to the
complaint; provided that those matters which do
not constitute evidence, including the work prod-
uct of the commission or its staff, need not be
provided to the respondent. The materials shall
be provided in a timely manner by the executive
director, after approval by the commission's at-
