19-1-11 Commission decisions. Except
as otherwise provided by relevant law, all orders,
opinions, or findings of fact issued by the com-
mission shall be signed by the chairperson. The
decision of any committee of hearing commission-
ers shall be by majority vote. A concurring vote of
five members of the commission shall be required
for any decision of the commission as a whole.
