For Even Numbered Districts ( 2,4,6, 8 or 10):

The Primary Election Cycle runs from January 1, 2008 through August 2, 2011.
The General Election Cycle runs from August 3, 2011 through December 31, 2011.

For Odd Numbered Districts (1,3,5,7 or 9):

The Primary Election Cycle runs from January 1, 2011 through August 4, 2014.
The General Election Cycle runs from August 6, 2014 through December 31, 2014.
